Unlikely to dethrone the enduring “Frozen” soundtrack from the top of the album sales chart, Lindsey Stirling’s “Shatter Me” will still make a mark.
According to Hits Daily Double’s forecast, the breakthrough violinist’s album is tracking for an opening week sales tally of 50-60,000. If that forecast holds, “Shatter Me” should rank as the week’s hottest debut album.
Ray LaMontagne’s “Supernova,” the next-strongest debut, is tracking for an opening count in the 40-45,000 range.
Other debuts include the “Passion: Take it All” album (expected to move between thirty and thirty five thousand units) and Timeflies’ “After Hours” (pacing for 21-25,000).
