Various noteworthy music names released new albums this week, and those albums quickly shot to the top of the US iTunes sales chart.
By Friday morning, Jason Aldean’s new “9” was #1 on the all-genre iTunes listing. The explicit version of Coldplay’s new “Everyday Life” directly followed at #2.
Beck’s new “Hyperspace” grabbed #3, ahead of the clean version of “Everyday Life” (#4) and the late Leonard Cohen’s “Thanks For The Dance” (#5).
Other newcomers in the Top 10 include Trippie Redd’s “A Love Letter To You 4” (#6), Lindemann’s “F&M” (#9) and Davido’s “Good Time” (#10).
