Disney Channel’s “Descendants 3” made its television premiere this past Friday, August 2. On the heels of the broadcast, fans are engaging with the film’s official soundtrack.
As of press time at 9PM ET Sunday, the soundtrack is #1 on the all-genre US iTunes sales chart. It is meanwhile up to #12 on the Apple Music Albums chart.
Individual tracks from the album are also generating interest on iTunes. Sarah Jeffery’s “Queen Of Mean,” the hottest seller at press time, is #22 on the all-genre iTunes song sales chart.
“Descendants” film soundtracks are no strangers to success. The inaugural film’s soundtrack debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200; “Descendants 2” started at #6.
