Maren Morris’ sophomore album “GIRL” launched Friday, and projections have since emerged for its opening week US sales and consumption.

According to Hits Daily Double, the album is expected to sell 15-20K pure US copies this week. With units from track sales and streams included, the album may generate 30-40K in first-week consumption.

“GIRL” is the follow-up to Morris’ debut LP “Hero,” which arrived in June 2016. That album debuted with 37K in pure US sales and 45K in total opening week consumption.
