Early US projections have emerged for Halsey’s “hopeless fountain kingdom.”

Based on early sales data, Hits Daily Double expects the artist’s sophomore album to sell 75-85,000 pure US copies during its first week of release. With TEA (track sales/10) and SEA (track streams/1500) included, the album should generate 105-115,000 in total first-week consumption.

Save for any surprise releases, the numbers should be enough for #1 on the Top Album Sales and Billboard 200 charts, respectively.

“hopeless fountain kingdom” is the follow-up to Halsey’s debut full-length “Badlands.” Released in 2015, “Badlands” sold 97,000 pure US copies and generated 115,000 total units in its first week. It debuted at #2 on the Top Album Sales and BB200 charts.
