A gold album certification confirms 500,000 in US album units. Each unit is equal to 1 album sale, 10 track sales or 1500 track streams.
The aforementioned “Hide Away” and “Sit Still” are double platinum and platinum, respectively, under the RIAA’s digital singles program.
