“The Hamilton Mixtape” Pacing For Strong Sales Week; #1 Debut Likely

Hamilton Mixtape [Hamilton Uptown]

“The Hamilton Mixtape” is expected to make a major splash on this week’s US album sales and consumption charts.

Based on early data, Hits Daily Double projects the album to sell 170-180,000 US copies during the December 2-8 tracking week. The inclusion of TEA (track sales/10) and SEA (track streams/1500) should yield a consumption tally in the 190-210,000 range.

Hits’ early projections are no longer as accurate as they once were, but there is no doubt “The Hamilton Mixtape” is on pace for very strong opening week numbers.

It, in fact, stands a very good chance of debuting at #1 on Billboard Top Album Sales (pure sales) and the Billboard 200 (consumption).
