Twenty One Pilots’ “Blurryface” Earns Double Platinum Certification In US

twenty one pilots’ smash hit album “Blurryface” is officially multi-platinum in the United States.

The album responsible for hits like “Stressed Out” and “Ride” ascended to double platinum status on August 10, 2016.

A double platinum certification confirms a US unit total of at least 2 million. An album unit is equal to 1 album sale, 10 track sales or 1500 track streams.

The aforementioned “Stressed Out” and “Ride” are respectively 4x platinum and platinum in the United States. Fellow “Blurryface” single “Tear In My Heart” is platinum.
