Cam’s “Untamed” Tops Forecasts, Debuts With 37.3K US Sales

Cam’s “Untamed,” which features country radio chart-topper “Burning House,” posted a very solid opening week sales figure.

According to Nielsen Music, “Untamed” sold 37,346 US copies during the December 11-17 tracking week.

The tally easily bests initial industry projections, which called for a debut in the 24-27,000 range. It also ranks as the week’s best new release.

Among all albums, “Untamed” was America’s tenth-best-seller during the December 11-17 tracking period.
