for KING & COUNTRY’s “Burn The Ships” will claim prominent positions on this week’s Billboard Top Album Sales and Billboard 200 charts.
According to Hits Daily Double and BuzzAngle, the album sold roughly 58K pure US copies during its first week of release. With units from track sales and streams included, “Burn The Ships” generated about 62K in first-week consumption.
Billboard’s final data, which may differ slightly from the Hits numbers, will not arrive until Sunday. The Hits numbers do, however, provide an indication of where “Burn The Ships” will land on the key Billboard charts.
The pure sales figure should earn the album a #5 bow on the Billboard Top Album Sales chart. The consumption tally should firmly position “Burn The Ships” in the Top 10 of the Billboard 200 (likely around #7).
The rankings will represent new highs for the act, which previously peaked at #13 (“Run Wild. Live Free. Love Strong.”).
