Launched with airplay support from the iHeartRadio “On the Verge” program, Michael Ray’s “Kiss You in the Morning” did not die once the program reached its conclusion. It continued to rise on the Mediabase country radio airplay chart.

This week, that rise brings the song past a new chart checkpoint: the Top 10.

Up two places, “Kiss You in the Morning” reaches #10 on the Mediabase country radio singles chart. Not simply #10 based on Mediabase chart points, the song’s weekly spin count (~5,041) and audience impression count (~36.206 million) represent the country format’s tenth-greatest.

The song’s new country radio peak comes in conjunction with a new peak on the Hot 100. “Kiss You in the Morning” is currently #76 on the all-encompassing chart.

“Kiss You in the Morning” is the week’s only addition to the Top 10. Two songs do, however, reach the Top 15:

— Up three places, Zac Brown Band’s “Loving You Easy” reaches a new peak of #13.

— Dustin Lynch’s “Hell of a Night” rises two places to #15.
