TNA Wrestling President Dixie Carter held a talent meeting Monday afternoon ahead of the iMPACT! taping, with the noteworthy element being the fact that she opted not to address the “business” rumors, such as the ongoing negotiations with Paul Heyman, and instead told the wrestlers to tighten up their ring work.
F4WOnline.com adds that Carter went out of her way to point out that the wrestlers were “spoiled” by the taped television shows and that they needed to start minimizing their in-ring mistakes.
Numerous wrestlers were said to be “seething” over the speech, which is not the first one she has given on the matter, as the feeling is that, despite some talent being quite green, the in-ring aspect of TNA is generally more reliable than the writing and presentation.
