Travi$ Scott’s “HIGHEST IN THE ROOM” enjoyed an unsurprisingly mammoth opening day on the major streaming platforms.

It achieved the rare feat of claiming #1 on the Global Apple Music, US Apple Music, Global Spotify and US Spotify streaming charts for Friday, October 4.

Apple doesn’t disclose daily streaming figures, but Spotify confirms that “HIGHEST IN THE ROOM” garnered a massive 8.000 million first-day streams on a worldwide basis. It received 3.939 million in the US alone.

— “HIGHEST IN THE ROOM” is not performing quite as dominantly on iTunes, but it is still selling well. It currently holds the #4 position on the all-genre US sales chart.
