Allison Janney Earns Best Supporting Actress Oscar For “I, Tonya”

During the first half hour of the 90th Academy Awards ceremony, betting favorite Sam Rockwell on the Supporting Actor Oscar.

Just before 9:30PM, the odds-on favorite won the Best Supporting Actress award.

Allison Janney took home the trophy for her work in “I, Tonya.”

Janney beat out Octavia Spencer, Laurie Metcalf, Lesley Manville, and Mary J. Blige.

“I, Tonya” is also up for two other awards: Best Film Editing and Best Actress (Margot Robbie).

The 90th Oscars ceremony is emanating from the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles.
