Demi Lovato’s “Confident” Going Top 50 at Pop Radio

Last week, Demi Lovato’s “Confident” claimed a Top 60 position at pop radio.

This week, it should comfortably rank as one of the Mediabase pop panel’s Top 50 songs.

“Confident” received 362 pop spins during the first four days of the September 27-October 3 tracking week. Up 116.8% from last week’s count, the tally positions Lovato’s new single at #49 on Mediabase’s building pop airplay chart.

Since it is gaining airplay at a solid pace, “Confident” should have no trouble retaining (and likely improving) its Top 50 position over the tracking week’s final three days.

The title track from Lovato’s new album, “Confident” is the follow-up to “Cool For The Summer.” That song reached a #3 peak on the Mediabase pop airplay chart.
