Foals’ new “Mountain at My Gates” is scoring ample interest from alternative radio programmers.
This week, 12 Mediabase-monitored stations added the song to their rotation. Unmatched by any other song, the pickup count earned “Mountain” the week’s most-added distinction.
The new support will help Foals’ tune, which is already on the verge of cracking the format’s Top 40, continue climbing the alternative airplay chart.
Halsey’s “New Americana” also garnered substantial new interest this week. The song, which officially claimed the #33 spot on this past week’s airplay chart, scored adds from 11 monitored stations. It ranks as the week’s second-most-added song.
With 7 adds each, AWOLNATION’s “I Am” and Dirty Heads’ “End of the World” tie for third-most added. Death Cab for Cutie’s “The Ghosts of Beverly Drive,” Houndmouth’s “Sedona,” Meg Myers’ “Lemon Eyes,” and Walk The Moon’s “Different Colors” then share the fifth-most-added honor. Each song scored 4 pickups.
