Fifth Harmony’s “Worth It” Named New iHeartRadio “On the Verge” Song

The girls of Fifth Harmony are about to receive support from one of the most valuable promotional vehicles in radio. Are they “Worth It?”

Confirming an earlier report, iHeartRadio revealed that Fifth Harmony’s “Worth It (featuring Kid Ink)” is its latest “On the Verge” selection.

iHeart’s confirmation suggests that the push is due to start imminently.

The push, which includes guaranteed airplay from iHeartMedia stations, will reportedly take place at the rhythmic radio format. “Worth It” currently holds the #43 position on Mediabase’s rhythmic airplay chart.

Eyed as a multi-format hit, “Worth It” has thus far made an even bigger splash at pop radio. It appears at #36 on Mediabase’s latest pop chart.

The song, which is the third single from the group’s debut album “Reflection,” has gone as high as #82 on Billboard’s all-encompassing Hot 100. With meaningful airplay and a video launch on the horizon, “Worth It” should be able to soar far higher in the coming weeks.

Natalie La Rose’s “Somebody,” the previous “On the Verge” pick at rhythmic, is up to #4 at rhythmic, #10 at pop and #19 on the Hot 100.
