As should have been evident Sunday night, the finish to the Extreme Rules match involving Batista and John Cena was not meant to serve as a blow-off for the Batista character.
According to F4WOnline.com, Batista has agreed to stay through the Over the Limit pay-per-view on May 23. It is at that show that Batista’s match will likely conclude in send-off fashion.
