“Melrose Place” knockout Katie Cassidy proved at the Teen Vogue Young Hollywood Party that while her show might be one of The CW’s worst performers, she personally could be the most attractive star on the network.
Cassidy wore a tacky, yet sexy and revealing number at the event as she competed with women like Jessica Lowndes, Selena Gomez and Willa Holland for red carpet domination.
But while Cassidy’s beauty at a red carpet event is becoming increasingly assumed, other stars really brought their A-game. Sixteen-year-old Victoria Justice was truly stunning at the event, and others like Andrea Bowen, Shailene Woodley, Chelsie Hightower and Samantha Droke looked their best.
