“Human Target” Ratings Top “Chuck,” “Harry’s Law” Stable, “Lie to Me” Down

A special Monday episode of “Human Target” saw improved ratings in the timeslot, allowing the FOX action series to top a weakened “Chuck” on NBC.

“Target” garnered a 2.1 adults 18-49 rating with 7.81 million viewers, enough for a victory over the NBC series (1.7 rating, 5.56 million).

Although that “Human Target” performance was admirable, its reduction from last week’s “House” meant less lead-in support for “Lie to Me,” which dipped to a 2.2 and 7.05 million for its season finale. That was still enough to keep FOX ahead of NBC’s “The Cape,” which fell again, this time to a 1.5 with 5.30 million. Odds of a “Cape” renewal are not looking good at all.

NBC, nonetheless, moved into first at 10PM, thanks to a solid performance from “Harry’s Law” and re-runs on CBS and ABC. “Harry” was steady with a 2.1 and 10.86 million viewers.

  1. Hey i just wanted to let u know that my whole family loves human target and we look forward to this every week wish it was on everynight…so please dont shut this down give it a while its an awesome show…thanks again we would appreciate it

  2. Human Target is one of my favorite shows – enjoyable with a sense of humor amid fighting the evil. With constant schedule changes and a couple of month cancellation mid-season, it has been extremely difficult to keep up with, and very frustrating to watch given a lack of fixed time slot when the shows it is up against are quite set in popularity. It is so much better than many shows that given a chance with a standard time and NOT competition leading to failure, I do believe it might survive and increase substantially in the ratings (plus do not end the season in February after 2 months off mid-season!)

  3. I LOVE!!! Human Target!

I hope it continues to be made. After watching the last episode I felt the show was finally hitting it’s stride in season 2.

I enjoyed season 1 and season two with the changes has just now hit a really nice groove with the interaction of Chance and Ilsa.

Don’t cancel this show and I will continue to recommend it to everyone I know.
