Report: TNA Suspends Wrestler After Incident

PWInsider.com reports that TNA wrestler Samoa Joe was suspended after an incident at a recent TNA iMPACT! taping.

According to the story, Samoa Joe was furious with how his match with Jeff Hardy came across and expressed the frustration backstage. At one point, he apparently “breached etiquette” by confronting the production team about the situation.

ProWrestling.net explains that he was particularly upset with the fact that Jeremy Borash was apparently instructed by Vince Russo to countdown until the time limit, which Joe felt gave away the match’s outcome. He reportedly let Vince Russo have it backstage as well.

PWInsider’s report estimates the suspension at one month.
