This week’s country radio race yields a split-chart scenario.

Carrie Underwood’s “Southbound” tops the Mediabase country radio singles chart, while Matt Stell’s “Prayed For You” earns #1 on the Billboard Country Airplay listing.

“Prayed For You,” which was #3 last week, seizes the throne from Chris Lane’s “I Don’t Know About You.”

Billboard credits “Prayed For You” with the most audience impressions for the September 30-October 6 tracking period.

“Prayed For You” is Stell’s first official country radio single. It becomes the first debut single to reach #1 since Jimmie Allen’s 2018 hit “Best Shot.”
