Carrie Underwood’s “Southbound” Officially Claims #1 At Country Radio

“Southbound” hits #1 on this week’s country radio chart.

Carrie Underwood’s “Southbound” moves north to the top of this week’s Mediabase country radio singles chart.

The song, which was #4 last week, seizes #1 from Chris Lane’s “I Don’t Know About You.”

Not simply the leader in chart points, “Southbound” also ranked as the Mediabase country panel’s most played and heard song for the September 29-October 5 tracking period. It received 8,128 spins (+1,123) and 46.78 million audience impressions.

Matt Stell’s breakthrough “Prayed For You” rises one spot to #2 on this week’s chart, while Dierks Bentley’s “Living” slips one spot to #3.

Chris Janson’s “Good Vibes” climbs two spots to #4, and Cole Swindell’s “Love You Too Late” holds at #5.

The aforementioned “I Don’t Know About You” drops to #5.
