Sam Smith’s “How Do You Sleep” Scores Early Pop Radio Airplay In Myrtle Beach, SF, Orlando, More

“How Do You Sleep” received out-of-the-gate pop radio airplay from numerous stations.

“How Do You Sleep,” the follow-up to Sam Smith’s chart-topping Normani collaboration, launched late this week.

On the immediate heels of its release, numerous pop stations began providing airplay.

According to Mediabase, Myrtle Beach’s Energy 92.1 currently ranks as the song’s top supporter. The station had played the song 23 times by the end of Friday.

Other key early supporters include San Francisco’s WiLD 94.9 (22 spins), Orlando’s Power 95.3 (21 spins) and Montgomery’s Y102 (19 spins). Another six stations have played the song more than 10 times, while many others have provided at least some airplay.

“How Do You Sleep” is officially impacting radio in conjunction with the July 23 add board.
