Taylor Swift’s “ME! (featuring Brendon Urie)” did not debut until after the most recent Billboard sales and streaming tracking weeks. It did, however, launch with three days remaining in the radio tracking period.
It received enough airplay in that window to earn a spot on the Billboard Hot 100.
“ME!” bows at #100 on this week’s edition of the chart, which ranks songs from all genres based on activity from the aforementioned sales, streaming and radio factors.
Next week’s chart will account for its first full week of tracking in all categories. As “ME!” is expected to debut in the Top 2, it would break the record for biggest jump in Hot 100 history. Kelly Clarkson’s “My Life Would Suck Without You” currently boasts that record; it ascended 96 places in its second week.
