Henry Winkler, Alex Borstein Win Emmys For Supporting Acting In A Comedy

The 70th Primetime Emmy Awards are underway, and some of the night’s key comedy prizes have been distributed.

“Barry” standout Henry Winkler took home the trophy for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy. Alex Borstein of “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel” won the Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy prize.

Other nominees in the Supporting Actor category included Brian Tyree Henry, Kenan Thompson, Louie Anderson, Alec Baldwin and Titus Burgess.

Borstein beat out Zazie Beetz, Aidy Bryant, Leslie Jones, Kate McKinnon, Laurie Metcalf, and Meghan Mullally.
