Marian Hill’s “Down” is poised to enter the Top 10 on this week’s Mediabase pop radio airplay chart.
“Down” received 7,871 spins during the first six days of the March 19-25 tracking week. While the count only represents a 0.2% gain from the tally at this point last week, it positions “Down” as a comfortable #10 on Mediabase’s building chart.
“Down” faces no imminent threat from below and should thus have no trouble retaining its #10 position through the close of tracking.
A breakthrough for Marian Hill, “Down” is also charting prominently at rhythmic, alternative and hot adult contemporary radio. While its momentum does appear to be fading, it has been an undeniable success for the duo.
