An airdate has been confirmed for Pentatonix’s first Christmas special.
NBC will broadcast “A Pentatonix Christmas Special” at 8PM ET/PT on December 14.
“The one-hour television event will take viewers on a holiday musical journey filled with joy, heart and laughter as the group performs some of their holiday favorites,” says NBC of the special.
Reba McEntire, Kelly Clarkson, and “other surprises to be announced” are also set for the Christmas special.
In recent years, a capella sensation Pentatonix has emerged as a top holiday season draw. Its 2014 “That’s Christmas To Me” is double platinum in the United States, and the newly released “A Pentatonix Christmas” is poised to be one of the upcoming season’s leading performers.
