Gnash & Olivia O’Brien’s “I Hate U, I Love U” Trending Top 25 At Pop Radio

gnash [NBC]

Last week, gnash’s “i hate u, i love u (featuring Olivia O’Brien)” cracked the Top 30 at pop radio.

This week, it is poised to earn a Top 25 position on Mediabase’s pop radio airplay chart.

“i hate u, i love u” received 1,693 spins during the first four days of the August 14-20 tracking week. Up 19.8% from the count at this point last week, the tally slots the single at #24 on Mediabase’s building chart.

It should have no trouble retaining its Top 25 position through the close of tracking.

One other song will enter the Top 25 on this week’s chart. Hailee Steinfeld & Grey’s “Starving (featuring Zedd)” appears to be the frontrunner; it is #25 on the building chart with 1,577 spins (+10.7%).

DJ Khaled’s “For Free (featuring Drake)” (#26 on building, 1,509 spins, +6.6%) represents another potential candidate, but “Starving” presently has advantages in both spins and rate of increase.
