FXX’s “Man Seeking Woman” Renewed For Season 3; New Episodes Air In 2017

FXX’s low rated but critically acclaimed “Man Seeking Woman” has earned a third season.

The network confirmed the news Tuesday, noting that the ten-episode third season will air in early 2017.

“Man Seeking Woman had another great season this year and continues to offer one of the smartest and funniest takes on dating and relationships on TV today,” said FXX’s Nick Grad. “We are excited to move forward on a third season of Man Seeking Woman with Simon, Jonathan, Andrew, Ian and Lorne, and thank Jay, Eric and Britt for keeping the show so enjoyable.”

While not a strong ratings performer, did enjoy a slight uptick in total viewership this season. Season two averaged 399,000 total viewers on a live+7 basis; season one averaged 393,000.
