Confirming reports that emerged earlier this week, Interscope has announced that Bahari will be appearing as a supporting act on labelmate Selena Gomez’ forthcoming “Revival Tour.”
Interscope’s radio team says that the trio will appear on shows in June and July.
The news comes as the label readies its radio campaign for Bahari’s single “Dancing On The Sun.” The track officially goes for pop adds on May 10 — one week after the scheduled impact date for Gomez’ fourth “Revival” single “Kill Em With Kindness.”
Comprised of Natalia Panzarella, Ruby Carr, and Sidney Sartini, Bahari offers what Interscope touts as “a radiant, harmony-rich, brightly melodic sound.”
The act previously garnered attention for its featured vocal contribution on Zedd’s “Addicted To A Memory.” Bahari’s “Wild Ones,” meanwhile, was featured on an episode of “Teen Wolf.”
The North American leg of Gomez’ “Revival Tour” commences May 6 in Las Vegas. The Joe Jonas-fronted DNCE has also been announced as an opening act.
