Two songs make inaugural Top 30 appearances on this week’s Mediabase hot adult contemporary airplay chart.

Rob Thomas’ “Hold On Forever,” the higher-charting of the two, rises two places to #29 on this week’s chart. The single received ~828 spins during the October 4-10 tracking week (+135).

Rudimental’s “Lay It All On Me (featuring Ed Sheeran),” the faster-moving of the two, rises six places to #30 on this week’s chart. Its new peak position is attributable to the ~795 plays it received during the official tracking week (+349).
