This week’s spin count tops last week by a whopping 3,328 plays. Only Justin Bieber’s #18 “What Do You Mean?” (+3,341) enjoyed a bigger week-over-week spin gain.
“Wildest Dreams” concurrently received ~2,026 weekly hot adult contemporary plays. That facilitates a ten position rise to #19 on this week’s Mediabase Hot AC chart.
This week’s Hot AC spin count bests last week’s mark by a format-leading 1,295.
Swift’s fifth “1989” single also received 268 weekly adult contemporary plays (+242). That allows the song, which was #51 on last week’s chart, to reach #21 on this week’s Mediabase AC listing.
Its week-over-week spin gain of 242 is the greatest at the AC format.
