This week, it loses the most-added label at rhythmic and Hot AC but surges to the top of the pop add board.
According to Mediabase, Swift’s “Bad Blood” received adds from 76 monitored pop stations this week. That tally convincingly earns “Bad Blood” the week’s most-added distinction.
“Bad Blood,” which already holds a Top 15 position on the pop airplay chart, will leverage the new support to continue its rapid rise.
Ed Sheeran’s “Photograph,” which recently entered the Top 40 at pop radio, follows as this week’s second-most-added song. It won pickups from 47 monitored stations.
“Beautiful Life,” which is the debut single from “American Idol” winner Nick Fradiani, follows as third-most added. It received 40 weekly adds.
With 31 and 30 pickups, respectively, Zedd’s “Beautiful Now (featuring Jon Bellion)” and Sia’s “Elastic Heart” rank as fourth- and fifth-most added.
Other notable pop options: Shawn Mendes’ “Stitches” (29 adds, 6th-most added), Major Lazer’s “Lean On” (28 adds, 7th-most added), OMI’s “Cheerleader” (27 adds, 8th-most added), Maroon 5’s “This Summer’s Gonna Hurt” (22 adds, 9th-most added) and Carly Rae Jepsen’s “I Really Like You” (17 adds, 10th-most added).
