Ratings: AMC’s “The Walking Dead” Slips This Weekend

The latest Alexandria-set episode of “The Walking Dead” drew a slightly smaller audience than its predecessor.

Sunday’s edition of the AMC juggernaut drew a 7.0 adults 18-49 rating with 13.78 million viewers.

While still the night’s top-rated television program by a multiple of more than 3, the episode did not mirror its predecessor’s rating or viewership total. The March 8 “Dead” posted a slightly stronger 7.3 rating with 14.53 million viewers.

This week’s “TWD” did, however, best the corresponding season four episode. That broadcast, which aired on March 16, 2014, scored a 6.4 with 12.87 million viewers.

AMC followed Sunday’s “The Walking Dead” with “Talking Dead” (3.0 rating, 5.93 million viewers).
