According to Mediabase, The Weeknd’s “Earned It” and Zedd’s “I Want You to Know (featuring Selena Gomez)” tie for most added at pop this week. Both songs scored 19 monitored adds.
Modest numerically, the adds will still contribute to the momentum of two songs that are already performing well at the format. “I Want You to Know” appears at #19 on the rolling edition of Mediabase’s pop airplay chart, while “Earned It” currently holds the #27 spot.
Thanks to its 16 weekly adds, Natalie La Rose’s hit “Somebody (featuring Jeremih)” registers as third-most added. Jacquie Lee’s new “Tears Fall,” Katy Tiz’ new “Whistle (While You Work)” and R5’s new “Let’s Not Be Alone Tonight” tie for fourth-most added with 15 pickups each.
Other noteworthy options for pop programmers: Ryn Weaver’s “OctaHate” (14 adds, 7th-most added), Flo Rida’s “GDFR (featuring Sage the Gemini and Lookas)” (13 adds, 8th-most added, tie), LunchMoney Lewis’ “Bills” (13 adds, 8th-most added, tie) and Sia’s “Elastic Heart” (12 adds, 10th-most added).
