Taylor Swift’s “Blank Space” is Now Pop’s 4th-Most-Played Song

Still improving its weekly spin count at a faster rate than any other song on the format, Taylor Swift’s “Blank Space” is up to #4 on the rolling pop radio airplay chart.

According to Mediabase, the song commanded 13,398 pop spins during the seven day period between November 25 and December 1. That allows it to leapfrog Tove Lo’s “Habits (Stay High)” and claim #4 on Tuesday’s rolling airplay chart.

Only Maroon 5’s “Animals” (17,319), Ed Sheeran’s “Don’t” (15,608) and Calvin Harris’ “Blame (featuring John Newman)” (13,628) received more airplay during that period.

A multi-format hit, “Blank Space” is currently the rolling #7 song at hot adult contemporary, #32 at rhythmic and #36 at adult contemporary.
