While the overnight metered market ratings have not served to precisely inform how The CW’s “Reign” and “The Vampire Diaries” perform with adults 18-49 and total viewers, they do offer a rough commentary on performance.

This week’s version of that rough commentary reveals stability for “Reign” and a slip for “The Vampire Diaries.”

9PM drama “Reign” matched last week’s 0.9 overnight household rating. “TVD,” on the other hand, delivered a 1.3, which represents a decline of 13% from last week’s mark.

Last week’s episodes of the two series posted respective adults 18-49 ratings of 0.5 and 0.8 and viewership counts of 1.27 million and 1.66 million in last week’s final broadcast report.
