Blake Shelton’s & Gwen Sebastian’s “My Eyes” Lights Up Country Radio

Country radio was kind to all four high-profile songs impacting this week, but it was kindest to the newest release from Blake Shelton’s album “Based on a True Story.”

According to Mediabase, Shelton’s “My Eyes (featuring Gwen Sebastian)” was country radio’s most-added song for the week. Its 64 format adds top the 44 scored by Brad Paisley’s new “River Bank.”

Frankie Ballard’s “Sunshine & Whiskey” and Scotty McCreery’s “Feelin’ It,” which also impact this week, picked up 28 and 24 adds, respectively.

Other notable gainers include Jake Owen’s enduring “Beachin'” (19 adds), Craig Campbell’s “Keep Them Kisses Comin'” (14), Sheryl Crow’s “Callin’ Me When I’m Lonely” (14), Tim McGraw’s “Meanwhile Back at Mama’s” (13), The Swon Brothers’ “Later On” (11) and Dustin Lynch’s “Where It’s At” (9).

Songs due to impact next week include Dakota Bradley’s “Won’t Be Young Forever,” Dierks Bentley’s “Drunk on a Plane” and Thompson Square’s “Testing the Water.”
