Green Bay Packers Finally Lose, Colts Win as NFL’s Perfect Streaks End

The Green Bay Packers will not join the very short list of teams to go without a defeat in a NFL regular season.

Though unlikely to lose the label of the top team in the NFL just yet, the Packers finally came up short in a game and drop to 13-1.

So to whom did the seemingly-unstoppable Packers drop a regular season game? The now 6-8 Kansas City Chiefs, who won 19-14.

A day for streaks to be put to bed, the Indianapolis Colts, meanwhile, picked up their first regular season win of 2011-12 with a win over the Tennessee Titans, 27-13. Notable about the Colts win is that it came over a Titans team that absolutely had reason to play hard–with the loss, the team’s playoff aspirations will be far more difficult to attain.

Other notable upsets in week 15: Carolina 28, Houston 13; Washington 23, New York Giants 10
