“No Ordinary Family” Ratings Disappoint in New Timeslot, “Biggest Loser” Up

Lesser competition essentially meant nothing for the ratings of ABC’s struggling freshman series “No Ordinary Family,” which could only muster a 1.9 adults 18-49 rating Tuesday night.

Now airing at 9PM and away from original episodes of “Glee” and “NCIS,” the series still failed to make any sort of mark. Its demographic rating ranked it in fourth place for the hour; viewership was at a mere 6.22 million.

The ABC series aired between an hour of “How the Grinch Stole Christmas” (2.1 rating, 6.89 million) and “Shrek the Halls” (2.4 rating, 7.36 million) and “Detroit 1-8-7” (1.6 rating, 7.28 million).

Following the old-skewing “Christmas in Rockefeller Center” special (1.9 rating, 11.26 million viewers), NBC aired “The Biggest Loser,” which improved to a 2.9 with 8.55 million viewers.
