Breaking: HBO’s “Curb Your Enthusiasm” Back For Eighth Season

In one of the most predictable “Curb Your Enthusiasm” renewals to date, HBO announced that the Larry David-centered sitcom will be back for an eighth season.

Coming off its critically-acclaimed seventh season, in which the show developed and staged a fictitious “Seinfeld” reunion, “Curb” returns for ten more episodes in 2011.

In typical “Curb” off seasons, creator and star Larry David typically remains silent–or deliberately ambiguous–until a renewal is announced by HBO.

This time, however, he seemed optimstic about an eighth season throughout the process, and it now appears that the plans are official–“Curb” will be back to bring its total episode count to eighty.
