— Kurt Angle’s attorney Michael Santicola’s words proved correct today, as the Associated Press reports that Angle’s preliminary hearings have been rescheduled.
Angle will appear in court on September 15 and October 6, according to the Associated Press report. He had originally been slated to go before a judge this Tuesday, but that hearing was pushed back due to his TNA iMPACT obligations.

Initially accused of violating a protection from abuse order issued by girlfriend Rhaka Khan, Kurt Angle was arrested Saturday on numerous charges, including driving with a suspended license and possessing HGH.
