— Regarding other matches, Kane recently teased a potential bout with The Great Khali. Kofi Kingston is expected to defend his United States Championship, while Jack Swagger and MVP are in the middle of a feud that could result in a Summerslam match (the possibility remains that they will be lumped into some sort of match for Kingston’s US Title). At least one women’s belt will likely be defended on the event; while Gail Kim won a guaranteed future shot at Mickie James’ title, the match itself was not definitively confirmed for Summerslam.
