Ratings: “The Sinner” Dips In Demo, Rises In Total Viewership; “Suits” Climbs In Both

Wednesday’s “The Sinner” was the most-watched episode yet. Lead-in “Suits” also reached a season high in viewers.

On the one hand, Wednesday’s “The Sinner” became the show’s first episode to suffer a week-to-week loss in adults 18-49.

On the other hand, the USA Network series rose to another new high in overall viewership.

According to live+same-day data posted by Showbuzz, Wednesday’s episode drew a 0.52 adults 18-49 rating and averaged 1.84 million overall viewers.

Last week’s episode drew a slightly stronger 0.53 adults 18-49 rating but a lesser 1.76 million viewership mark.

USA Network led into “The Sinner” with “Suits,” which drew a 0.39 rating and 1.51 million. The numbers top the 0.37 rating and 1.35 million viewer mark drawn by last week’s episode.

The viewership figure ranks as the best of the current seventh season.
