Last week, Headline Planet noted that Tinie Tempah’s international hit “Girls Like (featuring Zara Larsson)” was beginning to gain traction at US pop radio. New York’s 92.3 AMP has been providing a particularly substantial degree of support.

Monday, the song received a formal impact date.

WB’s promotions team announced that “Girls Like” will go for US pop radio adds on July 12. Mediabase’s AllAccess service first reported the news.

Larsson, who broke through at US pop radio with her Top 5 MNEK collaboration “Never Forget You,” is also represented on “Lush Life.” The song, which is being relaunched in the US as a follow-up to “Never Forget You,” was this past week’s #50 song at pop.
