Ratings: “Celebrity Family Feud,” “BattleBots” Fall Against World Cup Final

Facing competition from FOX’s mammoth World Cup Final coverage, ABC’s Sunday series both suffered ratings declines.

8PM entry “Celebrity Family Feud” posted a 1.5 adults 18-49 rating with 6.94 million viewers. Both numbers trail those of the previous episode, which achieved a 1.9 with 8.28 million.

It was the second straight decline for the series.

“Feud” led into “BattleBots,” which drew a 1.2 with 4.25 million viewers. Last week’s broadcast, which was down markedly from the premiere, posted a 1.4 with 4.84 million.

In addition to losing to the World Cup, “Feud” also trailed CBS’ “Big Brother” (1.6, 5.06 million). “BattleBots” topped everything but FOX’s post-game coverage/”The Simpsons” block among adults 18-49.
