WWE Changes Plans, Drops Kevin Nash vs. CM Punk for Triple H?

After announcing Kevin Nash vs. CM Punk at the beginning of RAW, WWE closed Monday’s show by confirming a different direction for its Night of Champions pay-per-view.

Even though nothing happened to “resolve” the Nash-Punk conflict–Nash, in fact, extended the feud by delivering the Jackknife to Punk after his match with The Miz–Triple H announced in a late segment that he, in fact, would be wrestling CM Punk at the September pay-per-view.

Previous reports had suggested WWE wanted to delay the first big CM Punk vs. Triple H match until Survivor Series.
