The John Cena-Snooki Twitter exchanges are continuing ahead of the “Jersey Shore” star’s appearance on Monday’s WWE RAW.
“I enjoy your rapping skills,” Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi Tweeted following Cena’s promo on RAW, in which he delivered a “hip-hop” attack on storyline rival The Rock.
Cena returned the compliment early Wednesday, noting, “Very excited bout @sn00ki comin 2 raw. Now I can beat up a washed up reality star ( miz). In front of a real one! :)”
Though John Cena has represented Snooki’s most pronounced connection to WWE–he publicly asked her to follow him on Twitter–it is unclear whether WWE intends to pair the two for a segment on television next week.
