Former WWE Diva and FOX Actress Possibly Returning?, Another Diva Leaving?
PWInsider.com is among the outlets who picked up on rumors claiming that WWE Diva Jillian Hall could soon be retiring as an active performer.
Central to the stories going around is that while Hall remains on positive terms with WWE, her greater use to the organization looks to be as a trainer in developmental. Things can obviously change, but as of right now, the plan is to soon end Hall’s television run so that she could assist the company in the other capacity.
As Hall’s character has the very defined singing gimmick, she represents the type of performer who could be called upon for the occasional one-off comedy appearance even if no longer performing as an active roster member.
Jillian has not yet commented publicly on the rumors.
– On the subject of WWE Divas, former SmackDown! female Lauren Jones says that she is currently talking with WWE about what “might be next.”
“Oh yeah,I forgot 2mention 2 all the amazing WWE fans out there! I am meeting with talent development & Johny Ace 2 see what MIGHT b next,” Tweeted Jones. She later added, “We will know soon!”
Jones had a short run in WWE before moving onto the flop FOX reality series “Anchorwoman,” a fish-out-of-water chronicle of the buxom model’s stint anchoring news for a local Texas television station.
